I am a subscriber of Amerihealth health coverage. I recently received a postcard notification that certain drugs will now require precertification. The postcard provided a website link which I attempted to access via my PC; however, the link failed to take me to the list of meds requiring precertification. Instead, I found that in order to access this list I have to log in as a member. Since I forgot both my username and password, I followed the steps to retrieve it and the website repeatedly told me the the information I supplied was incorrect, when, in fact the date of birth and subscription number were correct.
