I will never again buy their scam 4 year warranty. They find hundreds of reasons to NOT honor valid warranty claims. I asked the Sony employees working the phones exactly how will you get a repair technician to my home when you are over 8 thousands miles away? Never got any answers after dozen calls.I now refuse to talk to 3rd world incompenets. They lie about everything. Horrid service now from Sony!
Tip for consumers:
Read all the 1 & 2 star reviews on Sony TV's that are a detailed review by legit customers. Don't throw away your money on any warranty from Sony or Best Buy. Geekquad repair people are also dishonest & not compenet.
Products used:
Sony's defective big screen TV is horrid. I will now buy a cheap TV and toss in the trash verses calling in a con artist TV repair person from Sony or any hole in the wall TV repair shop.
