No boxes shipped since SEPTEMBER. But, the monthly charges continued. Unfortunately, I wasn't paying attention due to other life issues and a Christmas delivery frenzy.
My attempts to contact support have been met with canned responses like "We see you'd like to update your payment method" and support email not a valid address.
I guess you just go out of business and let your automated money puller keep pulling until the suckers notice.
