“Worst customer service ever”

I ordered 2 lightbars. They shipped two MISMATCHED lightbars without the waterproofing that I paid extra for. I requested a return authorization, sent the lights back and never got a refund. ETD will not answer the phone or return emails. I had a friend ride by the addresses, one is a UPS store and the other is a water treatment company so they are hiding.
