The bottom line is this - "You get what you pay for". The prices are so cheap on cellphoneshop.com because they sell poor quality junk. Their customer service and return policies are such that it's hardly worthwhile to return anything to them so they make out no matter what. My recommendation is to find a reputable site (Amazon) and spend your hard-earned money instead of sending it directly to China.
