This is the site of Monica Main, real estate coach. Monica offers a one-year email mentoring program and many other offshoots of the course. I purchased her $97.00 course which she claims offers just as much as others costing hundreds of dollars more. Immediately after paying the $97.00 you are upsold three other options. I chose her partnership, "Kit and Kaboodle" program for an additional $325.00. I was not with Monica two days until I was given the opportunity to purchase a $700.00 personal mentorship course where carefully chosen students are guaranteed the ownership of an apartment building within 8 weeks. She considered me someone who would not be a "deadbeat" since you would be required to work hard. Then another opportunity was a course in short-sale foreclosure purchases with 100% financing for an additional $97.00 with another upsell. Every $97.00 has an upsell. Her directory of resources is either outdated or require the student to fork out more money to get the information she "implies" is provided as part of her course. When I had problems working an Excel Cash Flow Analyses sheet and told her how frustrated I was, she replied with the following word for word quote:

"I have to be honest with yhou. I don't believe that this business is really cut out for you. In my experience, people who do nothing but $#*!, moan, and complain about everything aren't cut out for any success in their life. I'm starting to think that all you want to do, Marje, is complain about everything. Those who complain leave no room for advancement or success in their lives. No one has had trouble inputting the numbers in the software program, as you are so strongly stating is the case for you. (I had no problem with numbers, I just didn't know why my notes disappeared, which could have easily been explained). People usually have trouble with getting from page 1 to page 2 and vice versa, HENCE the NEW software to have everything on ONE page. If that's too difficult for yhou, Marje, then please look for something else to do for a living because this probably isn't it for you. Again, those who complain, and complain, and complain some more, aren't cut out for ANY kind of success in their lives. And that seems to be all you are interested in" Sincerely, Monica Main.

So folks out there! Hello! I asked for my money back since we obviously will never work well together, and she replied word for word:

"I am not "running" an internet scam. It seems that you are taking your own complaining and "whoa is me" attitude and trying to pin yhour shortcomings on someone else. I'll have no part of it.

I wrote her back and told her she obviously needed the money more than I.

In short, I am hardworking, caring and capable. Actually I am fortunate that I didn't get her an apartment building deal and become a partner. God works in mysterious ways. Beware of this course, which is highly advertised on Loopnet.
