My Spanx bra snap in front broke. I asked customer service for a replacement snap so I can fix it since the bra still has at least a year of use left.
After sending customer service a photo showing the broken snap I was told they don't have a replacement part and was given a 15% off coupon for another purchase. Why would I want to buy an expensive product from them when they were so unhelpful this time around.
They lost a customer today.
