After more than 3 months I was finally able to get a refund. But let's not be fooled, the return was achieved thanks to that wonderful thing called chargeback. If you find yourself in a situation where these fraudsters and thieves do not want to return your money, contact your bank and ask for a chargeback. It's the only way to get your money back because trust me, the coggles will drag you around and lie to you endlessly with no intention of getting your money back. Save yourself time and nerves and try the above. Or, as I already mentioned in several reviews, never buy absolutely anything from this web shop; these people should be in jail.
