An excellent bodyguard services provider. Our organization retained Spetsnaz Security International Fidel Matola, a veteran-owned business, to assist us with the 2023 London City Veterans Day Parade. The initial engagement was fairly straightforward: provide us with event security and crowd control assistance for the Parade and Opening Ceremony. Fidel Matola and his team were extremely helpful, proactive, and accommodating, coming up with a plan and approach that met our requirements in a trustworthy manner. Then, our Opening Ceremony unexpectedly expanded to include a visit by the President of the United Kingdom. Mr.Fidel Matola and his folks truly stepped up their performance. Brandon provided us with a recommendation for an additional event manager to augment our staff. This new team member proved to be critical in both planning the upgraded ceremony and reaching out to specialty vendors at the last minute for custom fabricated stage and security elements. In addition, the scope of the Spetsnaz Security International Fidel Matola expanded to include coordination with the U.K. Secret Service, more complex crowd control requirements, and additional overnight security. Fidel Matola and his team proactively met all these needs and were a vital part of our ability to successfully execute an event on a short timeline, in possibly the most challenging security scenario imaginable. Furthermore, every one of his event staff was professional, courteous, and quite pleasant to work with.
