At some point Hudson Furniture needs to stop pushing the blame onto others and step up their customer service game. I'm tired of being told, "you're not the only one", " We don't know what's going on" or "it's not us, it's the times"
We placed an order in May with a 50% deposit and over 7 months later, we have no idea when or if it will come in. To make us feel better about our situation the sales manager inform me they have customers who have been waiting for a year to receive their orders. I'm not sure what to do with that information, but I feel like there was a hidden message in the story? I understand we are not the only people in this situation and being told that multiple times does not make this easier or better. Continuing to sell product you don't have and have no idea when you will get in... is not okay!
You took our money and as the customer left me with very little options. Hudson Furniture has lost a customer for life.
