“Money making fraud website”

I was supposed to receive balloons as per mentioned on website showing in picture with the weight underneath and up in the air but what I received were laying on the ground. Shop arcade is making money from international clients and deceiving them with pictures on their website. I paid $39 US for this bunch of crap. I wouldn't recommend this website.
