In our experience we have not seen such a misleading company. When we asked them about returns they did not reveal they would charge 20% restocking fee on the phone. When we argued about the restocking fee when we wanted to return the item, they did email us and say they would not charge it.
BUT when we send it back, they tried to charge us with a restocking fee...
Save your money and buy a better system with more cameras from Sams Club.
