I inquired for a custom mattress and didn't hear back for days then reached out again to order and the same thing happened: silence for days. That should have probably given me pause.
I finally got my order placed on the phone only to be left with basically no information on materials and ship date.
When I inquired about it - again crickets.
I finally got notified that my order has shipped. The so called mattrass' is a piece of foam sewn in a plastic cover!
Since it was a custom size I'll be stuck with it, but I hope this review is helpful to everyone considering giving their business to aBaby.com. My recommendation: Go elsewhere!
