I have a $175 a month contract. It took four visits to get a technician to install system correctly. The camera never were clear. My contract includes fees for technicians at no cost. I have been offline for 3-4 months. They never called to inform me. I did call them numerous times. I am still off line. They never called to inquire why my 24/7 monitored system was offline. I made it clear when I installed the system that my home had been vandalized. They put in antiquated systems in my home. They did not utilize 2023 technology. The CCTV cameras are old technology. And never showed clear photos. They don't back up footage. They put in old keypads instead of digital on my licks. They prefer Google. They have absolutely zero to offer. The customer service department speaks to you without asking for the password. The technicians say when they are in my home they can't contact ADT on the phone. I have everything recorded. They are not a company that I trust with my security. I never was notified by them that I was offline. They are a joke. They don't honor their contracts. To remove their antiquated system and camera and repair the damage to my home is costing me me more than the contract. If they say they monitor 24/7 why don't they notify you when your service is offline? Why don't they ask for your password before speaking to you? They don't care if your dead or robbed or in danger. They only care that they get your money. I haven't slept in months. I have called numerous times. If you are at risk don't use ADT. Buyer beware.
