Terrible, terrible customer service! If I could give them a zero rating I would. Now I'm left with only being able to give them 1 star! Customer service refused to honor a 15% off order that I was only sent today. After speaking with 4 different people that I wanted to help me, the last one just hung up on me!
I'm so glad I found out how they treat legitimate potential customers! Based on my experience today,
I can imagine how shabby treatment of their customers (and the products they sell)would be in the future.
Tip for consumers:
This company is totally clueless about what customer service should be!!
