I orderd two Rakhi hampers on same address and it was mentioned Rakhi will be delverd on 9th August, product available. One was delivered and for last 2 days other parcel says dispatched but nothing is happening. I called several times no one is piccking up. Raised 2 complaint tickets in 2 days. No reply. Today is Rakhi and in the evening my brother is leaving for overseas. He will go empty hands. I am so depressed. They have ruined my Rakhi day. Never ever will use there services.
