I ordered 2 pair of handwarmers and 2 pair of pants Sept. 27. Opened a case with Paypal, which they botched by changing my complaint to poor quality vs not receiving items as I had stated. Shame on Paypal for such terrible customer service and the handling of my claim. I received the handwarmers in November. They are basically knit rags hooked together with 2 stiches. I have never received the pants. They kept telling me to wait. I am out $69.00! They wanted me to return the "rags" to China and upon receipt they would issue a refund. I told them I just wanted $52.00 for the pants I never received. They would not give me a partial refund. Paypal was no help! E mails, multiple phone calls. NOTHING! They know if you return your merchandise to them, it will not track in China. That is a requirement for refund. It has to track the entire route. Paypal will give you a $30 credit towards return shipping. FedEx would probably charge $50 plus dollars to China. To return "rags"? My last option is to contact my bank for a fraudulent charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
