I had quality issues for an item that i received for a prior exchange. I wanted to exchange for the same item only in different color but their policy does not allow for another exchange which doesn't make sense. The dress was almost $300 and the fabric looked inferior and the stitches sloppy. The customer support is lackluster and unhelpful. They are good at apologizing but do not offer any solutions. Terrible policies that does not support its customers, buyer beware.

For international customers (especially in the USA), please beware of purchasing from Cruise Fashion. Custom fees are unpredictable, and if you decide to return an item that didn't work out, you will most likely not get those custom fees back. Customer service could be faster and, honestly, helpful. They will most likely can't help you with anything. I ordered a YSL saint Laurent purse that did not come with an authenticity card. It feels wrong for a bag that costs $$$ not to have an authenticity card.
