Firstly I'd like to put out there that I am not in the slightest bit an angry person, nor have I ever reviewed any website any less than 3 stars because I believe that everyone makes mistakes and I believe in giving everyone a second chance to prove themselves.
This company has proven they are not to be trusted more than 6 times now and I just want to help anyone looking for reviews on this website because although I searched for a long time for review to give me an idea of what they're like, I found nothing before I purchased anything from them.
Firstly, I made an order amounting to $140 before postage and handling on the 28th of December 2014. I totally understood that my order might take a while longer than most because it was so close to Christmas and most people were on holidays. I waited a month and hadn't heard from them so I tried to call the number provided on the website, the number either went straight to voicemail or it rang out to voicemail. All up I left around 5 voicemails and didn't get a single phone call returned. You would have thought that in a month I would have at least had a courtesy email telling me what was going on with my order.
I emailed them about 4 times over the space of a few months and only had 1 of them returned (after a month of waiting for my parcel and after I had threatened to take my complaint further if I didn't hear back from them) stating that the product was on back order and it would be shipped early February, and to compensate for the inconvenience caused, they would supply me with a bottle of complementary solution. By early March I still hadn't heard anything from them, so I emailed again. No reply. Tried to call. Straight to voicemail.
So I looked them up on Facebook and private msgd them as polite as possible, saying I was concerned that I hadn't heard from them and that they were starting to look like a scam the longer I waited to hear back from them. They responded saying "I checked the phone, you haven't left any messages, you'll have your parcel by the end of next week." Along with a clearly insincere apology. Didn't get the order for another 3 weeks.
To cut an extremely long story short, all up I waited 4 months for my order and STILL haven't received the complementary bottle of solution they promised for my inconvenience 5 months later, even after I private msgd them again on Facebook and they completely ignored me.
That is 4 months of clients/cash that I missed out on because of their disgusting customer service. How they are still running I do not know.
I hope this review helps anyone make their decision about purchasing anything from this company. I hope they pick up their game and make other customers happier than they made me. And I really hope no one loses as many clients or as much money as I did!
