They have a hidden fee that is going to be charged on the credit card before or after the purchase of the e-ticket. It is in Terms & Conditions and is not been explained to the person that buys the ticket. More and more online travel agencies are doing this and the customer can't complain not even with the credit card company. IT IS BAD. In the end will make the online travel obsolete.
