Eliza James Kids have"all Sales Final" on anything you purchase! Even if it's a Christmas gift, and if they do allow you to return, you have 10 days and you are responsible for the ship back cost! It takes days for customer service to respond to emails! The negative outweighs the positive!

Ordered a shirt 8/29 and like many others promised to receive in 14-22 days, still have not received shirt, no way to track your items, very bad business, buyers beware!
