After getting past some of the glitches on the webpage, the order went through and I received the crystal apple before the expected delivery date! Great quality and the etching turned out nice. Customer service was quick to respond when I ran into error messages on the site and seemed genuinely interested to make improvements and the on-line shopping easier for their customers.
