Dos Taekwondo is the real deal! My son, daughter and I have all trained at the Caringbah dojo in Sydney's South. Great instructors and a friendly environment. Whether you a parent seeking to take your child for exercise or self-defense, or a Black Belt seeking to improve your level of expertise, Dos Taekwondo is for you! I have no hesitation in recommending the gym to anyone. On many nights after Martial Arts Training, we enjoyed playing indoor soccer upstairs for additional fun and exercise, and recently I have enjoyed using the ninja-style training bars also. Have made close friends from training there over the years and we are friends for life. I was really overweight and lacked confidence when I first started, but now I would describe myself as fit, healthy and confident.
