We have had the worst service with 50 Floor. Put holes in my walls, damaged furniture, stain on painted walls, stain on my white trim. A 2 to 3 day job has taken 2 weeks, and still counting. The manager Eli, no last name nor does he have a supervisor, was worthless. I guess with no manager or supervisor he owns 50 Floor. Floors were 1st too dark, then too light, then they just put stain in the urethane and painted, not stained, my floors. STAY AWAY... DO NOT USE.
UPDATE June 21,2021
Finally 50 Floor contacted me to not resolve the problem but to ascertain the situation. Well this time it was a Ron, again I guess the employees of 50 Floor have no last names, did the talking. I recounted the situation and he said he would follow up again in 24 hours. 95 hours later he called and left a message for me to call him at *******429. Called the number 14 times before getting an answer. The other 13 times, which I was on hold for approximately 2 min just went into torcher tones and I had no option to leave a message. Ron stated that his delay was to talk with his managers, those that could make a decision. But later in the same call Ron said that he had no mangers that he had to get any approvals from. LIES LIES LIES
Now they have offered to reduce the price by $800.00. Will this fix the stain they put on my front naturel stone deck, the holes in the walls, the damage to a cedar column, the damage to my truck, the stained walls in the other portions of the house, the stain on the baseboards, the damage to my furniture, the gouge in the door frame, and the list goes ON and ON. The answer is NO.
Now he wants me to get estimates to repair the damage to my house, furniture and truck. This will take time out of my schedule but that means NOTHING to 50 Floor. Someone who could not take 5 minutes to call to give an update wants me to take several days to give them estimates for the damage they caused to my home.
To add injury and salt to the wound the floors them self are still not right. If anyone out there does floors and is reading this answer this. Do you stain the floors by adding the stain color to the urethane?
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ANY COSTS OR IT WILL COST YOU MORE THAN YOU THINK.
As a final note Ron stated that even if I dispute this successfully with Wells Fargo, they, 50 Floor, will place a lien on my house for the full amount.
THIS COMPANY HAS NO CARE FOR THE CUTOMER JUST THE BOTTOM LINE MONEY MONEY MONEY.
PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE FOR YOUR FLOORING NEEDS.
