They have no problem taking your money but every time I try to take my winnings they require verification. They want you to provide them with evidence of every single withdrawal you have ever had with them dating back months and years and heaven forbid it goes into another account of yours they required detailed you need to verify that account information as well.
The worst experience hands down. Don't waste your time.
