Placed order 1/27/17 and got a couple days later then I was told but no big deal. I didn't hang right away bc we were painting. I put up a couple days ago and no matter what it's not straight, the canvas is crooked. So today was the first time I had time to call, it's been about 2 months, not 2 years. I simply asked if I return can he replace. He said no, what am I supose to do with the crooked one. He told me I can pay and order a new one, it's been more then 7 days! He never apologized, I asked for a manager he said he is the manager. He was so rude, never apologized. Don't give this company $1 of your hard earned money, they don't stand behind their product!
