I'm not using this website to order because there is a glitch in the delivery address field which makes it impossible for apartment dwellers to indicate their unit number. I chatted with one of their employees who informed me it "wasn't a glitch. She said "we use third party map providers that don't allow apartment numbers". Really? Time to upgrade the website, ma'am! I was instructed to do the following:
1. Type in correct delivery address in notes as I place my order.
2. Call the shop to give them a " heads up".
Ummm... NO. I'm ordering from the dispensaries own website and staying away from weedmaps. Refusing to fix this very obvious glaring mistake and expects us to jump through hoops to make sure the delivery person isn't wandering aimlessly trying to find the customer?
Is this good service? NO.
Is this helpful? NO.
Will I order through weedmaps? NO.
Only helpful thing in the entire website is their consistent labeling of % of THC CBD, etc. Other than that and locating dispensaries all on one site, weedmaps isn't worth much.
