I e ordered from here before and I did like the products (pajamas). I ordered a monogrammed tote and a week later I received email saying it was processed. It has now been an additional 2 weeks and no updates. I contacted customer service via email and it appease it's an auto response. Very scripted and did not answer my questions. It prompted me to reach out for further questions and when I did I basically got the same response.
The site does clearly state it take 10-15 business days to process, but they wouldn't state where my items were in the process nor would they say how long delivery was. This is a Christmas gift that I'm afraid won't get here in time even though I ordered in early November. They need to help their customers more with questions.
