My 3rd Shinola watch in past 10 yrs. Known for customer service. No more prepaid shipping labels for warranty work with an upfront $25 fee for "deep assessment" to movement...quartz? Using pronouns as woke company...Done with Shinola Watches. (this watch was a gift)

Any maintenance, including battery replacement, needs to be done by Shinola. I live in Philly,...
