I am 100% sure this is a scam company. I paid almost $200 for a yard sign. When it was received, the sign measured 11 x 28 (length includes stakes) instead of 16 x 28. I notified the company about the error and was rudely told measurements may vary and it was "only 2 or 3 inches difference, like a credit card." I tried to explain that this 5" shortage results in 90 sq in of sign space. This sign is ridiculously small. I offered to return it at my cost and wait for the correct sign or return it for a refund at my cost. I've politely called 10 times and have emailed over 15 times. NO response. They offered to refund me $15! Now I am stuck with a $200 cheaply made useless sign.
Tip for consumers:
Run away and buy local. This is not a legitimate business. They state 100% satisfaction guaranteed. There is no such guarantee and they have no customer service people. The number goes straight to VM and calls are not returned.
Products used:
I threw away the sign that I paid $200 for, so I am not using any of their products.
