I think this website is a scam! It's also known as the online ticket
exchange.com
My mum purchased 4 Take That concert tickets from this site, paying £90 per ticket and £7.50 delivery but has not received them.
When trying to contact them by telephone the phone number was not recognised so she has been e-mailing them trying to get in touch. Then eventually after days of trying someone answered the phone and just said "hello" to which my mum asked "is this the online ticket shop" and he said "yes" (seemed a bit strange that calling a company they didn't say who they were when answering the phone)
She explained that her concert tickets hadn't arrived and he asked her name, said "please hold" then cut her off!
She has since then been trying to contact them again but getting no answer from phone or e-mail.
Now we don't think they are going to come and only have a couple of days before the concert and my mum has now lost £367.50 because of this scam.
Don't know how to report this site but if your thinking of using it - a bit of advice- DON'T! Stick with ticket master.
