Ordered a monthly gift for my husband in May 2017. Never got it delivered in June like it was supposed to go out. Emailed them to find out the status on 7/2/17, got an email stating I can just cancel and get my money back. That's what I did and they said a refund would be sent in 5-7 business days... still waiting! Now they say it's a first come first serve returns. Don't lie and just refund my money.
