I purchased a leather sofa from Meridian in December of 2017. It is one of 3 sofas in our home, so it does not receive regular use. We are also in our 70's so we are not hard on furniture. I reached out by email, on three occasions, as directed on your site, with my problem which was of multiple splits in the leather cushion for no apparent reason, but I was never contacted back by your company's representatives. Does anyone care about customer service at Meridian Furniture? There is no published phone number for customer service, so I went back to Houzz where I purchased the sofa, and they had to forward my email to you, because they were not able to put me in direct contact with your company. I was informed that my leather sofa had a 30 day warranty. Items purchased at a discount chain have a longer warranty and more durability. I will never purchase anything from you or Houzz who represents your inferior quality products. The site will not allow me to rate this sofa a "0" or I would.
