Customer Service is very weak with replies to questions. After placing a huge order I couldn't get an answer as to the status of my order. I sent at least six (6) e-mails and finally I was told to be patient. I waited at least three (3) weeks before I questioned the order status.
I found them to be unappreciative and very very rude. I will not be dealing with them again. My friend had wanted to place a generous order as well but changed her mind as well.
