Lazy boy chair needed reupholstery but although the material workmanship was excellent it was downhill from there. The seat feels like sitting on concrete Had asked salesman for down applied over foam. And he said they do not use. The leg mechanism is broken as feet do not rise to level of seat and noisy initally to move chair motion, but repaired but nothing can be done with extreme firmness. I have a bad back from MVA and need a soft chair but I cannot accept this most uncomfortable chair. Total price over $3,000 and too much for a concrete-like seat. Seat material cannot be pinched or pressed down. Lumbar area not supportive...too firm
Would not recommend this company for any work. Hardly any work noted in warehouse. Stay away.
Have not accepted the chair and do not know what to do.
