We went to the ST. PETERSBURG store location to Purchase a FULL SIZE MATRESS SET.We asked for help. Rob Grafton eventually came over to us and we asked to see a certain type of bedding style and he told us there were No Samples on the floor of that type...
Just lay on any bed and you"ll get a feel for that type. He then proceded to "Walk Away" as we were Asking him a question... WOW... OK. I then asked him, if we decide, would we be able to see it Before we purchase it? He then said: NEVER MIND... I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT! And Proceded to walk away to another CUSTOMER!
We were TOTALLY SHOCKED! We then left! How Rude... I hope, I pray someone else does not have to deal with this man/ this Company! Location of Event was at: Bed pros 5450 4th St. N. St. Petersburg Florida. Very Poor Service... They ABSOLUTELY LOST... OUR BUSINESS... And our Friends who were going to do Business
