Shady business practices. Signed up for NUWBER 3 day trial for. 95. Was charged that AND 27.95 FOR A MONTH at the same time in 2 separate transactions.
I canceled it on 2nd day and still had to email support regarding the bait and switch charge on my VISA. Sent pictures of the transactions with time and date stamps of 2 charges.
Support emails me back next day and says they are going to credit my
DISCOVER card ending in 17**.

Interesting fact: I Do Not have a discover card!
A sure way to get out of giving me my owed refund is to say its been done only to the wrong(non existent?) DISCOVER CARD! Which Kelley from support says I paid with.

I will update this thread if I get an email reply regarding this new issue. I sent pictures again this time of my online statement showing the 2 charges.
I will uodate with NUWBER support teams answer.

Tip for consumers:
Stay as far away as you can.. If you must avail of the free service but for goodness sake dont be a sucker like me and enter your card info

We also would like to pay attention to the fact that we made you a full refund after your first request. The refund procedure is performed automatically, the agent cannot select a card for a refund. The money is automatically returned to the same card which was used by the client to make a payment.
