Really lousy CS. Tried to cancel wig on backorder which they had no idea when would be available. Did not tell me I would loose discount and free shipping if I would still purchase the second item on order. Talked to them yesterday was told I would get full refund for wig. D id not tell me that if they shipped the hairspray I would loose the 30% discount and now would also have to pay shipping for the spray. They shipped right after I got off the phone. Today I got an email showing my credit for the wig but instead of getting sales price of 112.45 only got credit for 96.62 and now can't cancel hair spray as they quickly shipped it with the added fees yesterday after I cancelled wig. Said CS could not tell me that that would happen. Find a new place to buy wigs, I will! I now have to pay 31.91 for a 22.96 can of hair spray that was suppose to 30% off that price. Like someone else said they are fine if you don't have any sort of an issue with the purchase. Cancelling a backorder that they cannot give an estimated date of receiving is not like returning an item. Who wants a company to keep that amount of money charged to your credit card when you don't know when or if you will ever receive the item. Take heed!
