Spent 2 hours on hold, call timed out and just dropped with no answer. Called back to start the process again. In the meantime I dm'd through fb messenger and was given a different ph# and chose the option to have them call me back, only for that person to give me the same ph# to call. The whole process is designed that you will give up in frustration. Incidentally I have used Manulife bank and American Express customer service lines and they actually answer the phone with a real person.
