I am a US citizen, and ordered a pair of Nike Air Max Thea Mid Women's Shoes for airmax.com on July 5th. After I paid with PayPal, I was surprised to see that the payment had been sent to an address located in China, and realized that this web site is a market place and any vendors can sell things from it. Being afraid of being sold counterfeit goods I filed a return request right away. But the request was ignored, until a few days later I was told that the Nike shoes had been shipped from China to me in USA! After 40 days the shoes finally arrived, and was not the style of what I ordered, and made with very cheap materials. It was totally counterfeit. I tried to find an way of raising the issue with the web site, and noticed that the site airmax.com did not have any contact channel for customer complaints. The bottom line is: STAY AWAY from airmax.com! Attached is a photo of the shoes I received.
