BUYER BEWARE"of company's BOX BREAKS. I was a customer since 2011 and participated in a number of their breaks. I did very poorly overall. Never asked for a refund though. Not untill what happened this past Sunday. I did not feel comfortable with what I witnessed in their live feed while Brad was doing the randomization. That being said, instead of getting upset I emailed them requesting a verification code so I could contact random.org to Authenticate the draws.As a customer you have that right to verify any sort of draw. I was told they didn't provide that. Apparently, they also don't use that site anymore.
Over the years I trusted the company because they have an "Authorized Upper Deck Group Break logo" However Buyer"s BEWARE Upper deck does not monitor the breaks nor set any policy's or rules concerning this. Therefore, I have provided a link for buyers to view to inform themselves of the types of fraudulent acts that can take place while using ANY randomization site. I've communicated with the founder of Random.org and he provided me with a link as an example for anyone to view.

Bottom line when there's a lot of money involved do your research before throwing your money away. There are a number of different ways a person can cheat.
