25th March 2019:4 hours in an aircraft in Bangkok (AY142) bound for Milan via Helsinki followed by another 1.5 hours waiting to recollect luggage... next day 26th new flight delayed (understandable due to closure of Pakistan airspace) but luggage lost en route to Milan. Flight meals inedible, costs for a comfort seat high, you pay for snacks and wines. I was excited to have a go after my family told me their visit to Finland was a good experience. I suggest customers exercise great care. By the way: the staff are wonderful, courteous and polite. Unfortunately the operational standards are very low.
