I ordered a dress to wear for Valentine's Day. I realized I had the wrong size. The website said I'd hear back in 24hrs but I heard from them that day. I was so excited they caught my order before it shipped! What was so awesome, it ship in time and it fit perfectly. I knew the straps were plastic and wasn't worried because I don't really have huge boobs. Unfortunately a strap broke while I was trying it on. I absolutely love the dress though. Great customer service, it fits me perfectly. I really do hate the right strap broke.
