Have been waiting on wiring harness for 4 months. Dealer said back order from Korea. We have had trouble since the 1st day we bought the tractor new. Why does Korea hold American hostage for parts? Called Customer Service and the employee said " We are told not to answer any phone calls, because of the complaints. The only reason I answered your call was because I thought I recognized the number from a relative " What kind of service is this. My Question is why can't the company take a wiring harness off another tractor and let that tractor sit for months waiting on a back order. My Husband is 82 yrs old and he saved to buy this tractor new. The Dealership refuses to take my calls or return my calls.
