I ordered a T-Shirt from TeeSpring in early March 2018. I was told that I would have it by 21 March. It is now 6 April and I STILL do not have it.
The reason for this is that DHL who was given the package for shipment transferred it to a foreign postal system for delivery.
I'm with the U.S. Military and I have an APO address. So, WHY did DHL give my package to a foreign postal system for delivery?
I tried to explain to the customer representative at TeeSpring that ANYTHING sent to me HAS to go through the USPS in order for me to get it. I was offered a free replacement but it was going to be given to the foreign postal system AGAIN, even after I explained that it has to go through USPS in order for me to get it.
How dense are they that they do not understand that?!
