My account was charged $10 more than the price of the purchase. The item was not delivered. The shipping/tracking number I received was a previously used number (I had it looked up at my local post office). The tracking number says the item was delivered a month (May 4) before it was even ordered (June 4). I sent an email to the merchant with no reply received. The phone number on the website, *******660, is listed as an Athens, Texas number even though the item supposedly shipped from Minnesota. The number comes up busy every time I try to call it. This is a scam company. I plan on filing a mail fraud complaint with the USPS as well.
