I placed an order on this site on March 26,2011. I received an email that it had been shipped on March 28,2011. I chose the free shipping which would have been 8-10 days (including Saturday's which it stated on their site.). I received the package on April 18,2011. (The postmark said April 15) Now, I have plenty of time before the event but that's besides the point. 8-10 days should be 8-10 days, not 17 days.
My reason for "meh" instead of "$#@!" is because I did receive the product and it wasn't damaged and appeared as it did on the website. Although, the box was open upon delivery (some tape... figured it would be the best after watching the video on the site).
So if you have at least a month before the event and want to wait, this is your site. I, however will not return to this site and have advised my matron of honor to use another as well. Bride to Be, Laura
