I was excited to get the dress but when I email customer service to say I hadn't received it yet, they tell me I'll have to wait because it is suddenly out of stock. So then I would have to wait a few more weeks to get my dress. I was also offered a 5% discount via email but the discount code I was given to put in at checkout was not accepted. My advice is don't mess with this site. It's a headache.
They were quick to respond but for some reason the dress I bought has become out of stock and they don’t have one to send me despite that I already paid for it.
I love how the dress looks and I'm excited to get it. However, I was offered 5% off code and I typed it in but I'm not certain I got it.
