The company claims to have not received my return. They filed a case with FedEx, who delivered the package and resolved the issue. The company's voicemail is always full, no human ever answers, emails are not replied to in a timely manner, and they are running me in circles- not giving my 400.00 back. I have never dealt with a company like this before. After trying multiple times to get my refund I am now trying to warn other shoppers. My gut tells me that other people are having similar issues, or I am sure their voicemail would not be full. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!
