I, as other reviewers purchased a costume from Rubies. After getting it home, I discovered a few issues that made me want to return it, however they have a policy of only exchanges. I emailed the company about my concerns, and within an hour or two received a response. The next day I met with Mr. Vazquez, who was extremely courteous and understanding of my problems. He took ownership of the problem, and went above and beyond what I expected. I was partially at fault as I should have tried the costume on prior to purchasing it, but in the end I was totally satisfied with Rubies solution.
I would not hesitate to purchase any items from them, and have never had a better customer experience.
